Alpha Fractional Title Real Estate is trading in the fast-growing field of planning, developing, marketing, selling and rental management of upmarket hospitality/hotel type properties, based on the fractional title ownership system, whereby an investor acquires, for a relatively small outlay, full title ownership in perpetuity, of a fraction (such as 1/13th) of an investment-type property such as an apartment suite in a hotel establishment in a resort area, which will be managed on the investor's behalf in a hotel pool, with lucrative rental income and capital appreciation accruing to the investor.
